Impersonation of myself and lifting of my works that I created (IP).

The website www.michaeldbeckwith.com is not my website but they are using my works that I created and are also claiming to be me. I used to own www.michaeldbeckwith.com a long time ago, but sold the website name and closed the website down. I am in the process of getting them taken down as they are impersonating me and making claims at the bottom of the page as if they are coming from me and they ARE NOT.
